Refund Policy – SANDOKCHA

Thank you for shopping with SANDOKCHA. Your satisfaction is important to us. Here’s how our refund process works:


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • To qualify, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Digital products (software, e-books) that have been accessed or downloaded

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Personalized or customized products


3. Refund Process

  1. Request a Refund: Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason.

  2. Approval: We will review your request and notify you if it’s approved or rejected. Refunds are only for items that meet eligibility criteria.

  3. Refund Method: Approved refunds are given as original payment method. COD payments are refunded as store credit only.

  4. Refund Timing: Processing time depends on your payment method. Please allow a reasonable period for the credit to appear.

  5. Important:

    • No refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

    • COD orders can only be refunded as store credit; no cash or bank refunds are possible.

    • If we send the wrong item, we will replace it or provide store credit.

    • For damaged items, we provide replacement  only after verification. Verification requires a video showing the courier receipt, package opening, and the damage. No video → no refund/return.

    • For prepaid orders, orders will not be cancelled after dispatch, if by any means customer didn't receive the item, or cancel, refund will be issued after receiving the item and 25 % of order value will be deducted. 



4. Return Shipping

  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).

  • Our customer support will provide instructions for how and where to return items.

  • Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.


5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To exchange an item (size, color, variant), return the original item and place a new order.


6. Policy Changes

  • We may update or modify this policy at any time.

  • Changes are effective immediately once posted on our website.
